Week 2 changes — what's different
1
View shows "Full dashboard"

Auto mode detects Week 2 and shows the full dashboard including Match Log. If the view still says "Pre-trial," check the Week field and make sure it says 2.

"Full mode means your data is live — every row you add from this point counts toward the leaderboard."
2
Week field must say 2

This is the most common error. A row with Week = 1 appears dimmed in the log and does not count toward standings.

"See the dim? That is Week 1. Practice. Starting today, your rows are clear — they count."
Entering a match result — in order
3
Scroll to Match Log, fill every field

Pick your Prediction Source first — this unlocks the Goals For / Goals Against fields. Score goes in immediately after the match ends.

4
Notes field — not optional

The note must name a stat, a time, or something specific you observed. "We lost" is not a note. Teams with blank notes have no evidence when Week 3 stat change decisions start.

5
Load Team — use if you switch devices

Type the exact team name. Spelling must match. Use this if a team's data doesn't appear after opening the dashboard on a new device.

6
Click Save after every match

The dashboard auto-saves after a few seconds, but always click Save before leaving the tab. Confirm you see "Saved ✓" in the top bar.

"Do not leave the tab without seeing that confirmation."
What makes a good note?

Test: could you read this note in 7 days and know what stat to change? If not, rewrite it.

✗ Not a note "We lost." · "Good game." · "Bot got stuck."
✓ A useful note "Bot slowed near the 2-minute mark — Endurance = 4, possibly too low. Opponent's Turning kept them in the center zone."
✓ A useful note "Bot stuck at 90 sec. Scored 2 of 3 predicted goals. Speed stat may be right — Endurance needs a look."
Post-match protocol — 4 steps, in order
1
Score into the dashboard — immediately. Score first. Everything else second. No exceptions.
2
Each team gives one data acknowledgment sentence. Not "good game." One sentence with a stat or a number.
3
30-second dispute window. No evidence, no dispute. After 30 sec the result locks.
4
Reset — bots back to starting positions.
